Please note: All digital downloads (PDF files) sold by Cape Ray Studio are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us through the Contact page.

If you purchased a digital product by mistake, received the wrong file, or are unable to access your download, please contact us through the Contact page. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Paperback books are currently sold and fulfilled through Amazon. Refunds, returns, shipping issues, and damaged-book concerns for paperback purchases are handled through Amazon according to Amazon’s policies.

Free printable products are offered at no cost and are not eligible for refund.

Cape Ray Studio wants customers to feel confident purchasing from us. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us and include your order number, the product name, and a short description of the issue.
